Diesel 2.0 / 2.2 / 2.4 / 3.2 TDCi / TDdi Timing Chain Cover Alignment, Crankshaft Seal & High Pressure Pump Access Cover Removal & Installation Set - FORD
AST5193 Timing Chain Removal / Installation set contains the tooling required for the following procedures:
- Timing chain cover alignment - prevents premature wear of the crankshaft oil seal
- Crankshaft oil seal replacement - quick and easy removal and installation of the crankshaft oil seal
- Removal & installation of high pressure pump access cover - replacement of the high pressure fuel pump can be completed without disturbing the timing chain assembly
- Applications include 2.0, 2.2, 2.4 & 3.2 TDCi/TDdi 'Puma' Duratorq diesel engines fitted in Ford Mondeo, Transit/Custom, and Ranger 200-2018
- Also for other light commercial vehicles including Citroën Relay, Peugeot Boxer, Fiat Ducato
- AST5193 is included as part of AST5105 / AST5098 for timing chain removal / installation procedures
- This set can be used in conjunction with AST5195 for high pressure fuel pump removal / installation procedures

AST5195 Diesel Engine High Pressure Fuel Pump Removal and Installation kit contains the tooling required for high pressure fuel pump replacement on Ford Duratorq 'Puma' diesel engines fitted with a chain driven fuel pump.
• Minimises disassembly time - timing chain assembly does not need to be disturbed
• Suitable for 2.0, 2.2, 2.4, 3.2 TDCi/TDdi engines fitted in a number of commercial
vehicles, including Ford Transit, Transit Custom, Ranger, LDV Convoy and
Land Rover Defender
• Also covers Ford Mondeo, Jaguar X-Type and London Taxi International TXII
